A Bachelor’s degree holder in Textile Engineering from China Textile University (1993),Mr timilsina is a director in United Mewa Hydropower since  2018, has investments in Sanima Middle Tamor hydropower since 2017. Mr Timilsina played an important role in succesfully starting production and stablizing business as a Managing Director in United Modi Hydropower Ltd (2012-2023). Mr Timilsina is director in Subhashree Agni Cement Udhyog Pvt Ltd since 2021, Apex Manokamana Pvt ltd ( one of the  authorised importer and distributor of  one of the leading global smartphone brand “vivo”) since 2017. Also Mr Timilsina is serving as   Director in  Shree Pashupati Electronics Pvt.Ltd (sole  Manufacturer, importer and distributer of videocon brand appliances and Electronics in Nepal) for the last 11  years . Mr Timilsina is director of K.V. Overseas Pvt. Ltd  for the past 11 years .The past notable projects in which Mr Timilsina was associated as a director and investor are Ambe Cement Pvt. Ltd.(2010-2017)  and Samrat Cement Pvt Ltd (2019-2021) . Mr Timilsina is Actively involved in various professional and social organizations, serving as a member of the Rotary club of Kathmandu Metro (2015-Present). Mr Timilsina is also a life time member of  Nepal Engineer’s Association.
